Settle
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your womb, one hand on your heart.

Breathe into the womb
Inhale slowly. Let the breath land low in the body, below the navel. Feel it gather there.

Rise
Exhale and let the energy travel upward — womb to heart, heart to throat. Notice what arrives.

Return
Inhale again. Let the breath flow back down — throat to heart, heart to womb. A figure eight. A loop, not a line.

Ask
After a few rounds, just notice. If something wants to surface — a sensation, an image, a word — let it. You don't have to do anything with it.
When it is loud, when it is painful —
this is how you come back to it.
Five minutes. Hands on body. Listen.
