Welcome to EstyUbuntu and The Neurospicy Oracle, a creative, educational, and intuitive space founded by Esther Milanzi.

By accessing or using my websites, courses, newsletter, and related offerings (collectively “Services”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before engaging with any of my content or programs.

2. Purpose of Services

EstyUbuntu provides intuitive coaching, hypnotherapy, courses, human design/oracle readings, and creative wellness content. These Services are for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

Nothing shared through my offerings should be considered medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the material.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek help from a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access paid services, courses, or coaching.
By using my sites, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 or older, or

  • You have parental or guardian consent to use free content such as newsletters or blog posts.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments

Payments for courses, sessions, and products are processed securely through Substack, Podia, Kit, Squarespace or other approved platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). I do not directly store or process your payment information.

Refunds

Due to the digital and energetic nature of my work:

  • Digital products, workshops, and courses are non-refundable once purchased.

  • 1:1 coaching or readings may be rescheduled twice (with at least 24 hours’ notice).

  • Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.

Subscriptions

If you have a paid subscription, it will automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time through your Substack, podia, kit account. If you need help with this, please email me at connect@estyubuntu.com subject line “Payment Update”

5. Intellectual Property

All content published or shared through EstyUbuntu — including text, meditations, hypnosis scripts, images, recordings, workbooks, course materials, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Esther Milanzi unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Download materials for personal use only

  • Share short excerpts with credit and link back to the source

You may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, distribute, or repurpose my materials for commercial use

  • Claim any part of my intellectual property as your own

If you wish to license or collaborate, please reach out for written permission.

6. Community & Conduct

EstyUbuntu is a space rooted in Ubuntu — respect, empathy, and collective healing.

By participating in comments, courses, communities, or live events, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants with kindness and respect

  • Refrain from hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or spam

  • Protect the confidentiality of other participants’ personal or healing stories

I reserve the right to remove or block individuals who violate these values or disrupt the energy of the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

While I aim to provide supportive, inspiring, and accurate information, I make no guarantees about results from participating in my programs or applying my content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages resulting from your use of this content or Services.

  • You are responsible for your personal decisions, interpretations, and wellbeing.

By engaging with my offerings, you agree to release EstyUbuntu and its affiliates from any claims related to your use of this work.

My websites and newsletters may contain links to third-party resources (e.g., affiliates, collaborators, or recommended tools).
I am not responsible for the content, privacy, or policies of these external sites.
When you use an affiliate link, I may receive a small commission — at no extra cost to you.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is sacred to me.
Any personal information collected is handled in alignment with my Privacy Policy and the terms of Substack, Squarespace, Podia, and Kit.
You can unsubscribe from emails or request data deletion at any time.

10. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Client and student testimonials are shared with permission to illustrate genuine experiences.
However, results vary by individual and are influenced by your unique circumstances, effort, and readiness to engage in the process.
I do not guarantee specific outcomes or transformations.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect new services, platform changes, or legal requirements.
The “Effective Date” above will always reflect the most recent version.
Significant updates will be communicated via email or on my website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
