Empowered Evolution Reflection & Intention Experience Bundle

I am a “retired” yoga teacher, life coach, “professional organizer”, author and creative. Even with all my experience and inner knowledge of how to help others, Esty has a way of holding a space of calm for you while also taking you directly home to a more supportive approach with your goals and intentions. I loved the way this workshop gave me space to see the many areas of my life that are flowing while gently highlighting areas I can tend to when I’m ready.

Esther is a GREAT COACH! During her workshop she created an environment where everyone could feel safe, comfortable and open to be vulnerable and authentic. Her guided Journaling process really kept the group engaged while making it possible for us to focus on yourself.
