Returns & Refunds
Due to the deeply personal and energetic nature of holistic offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of damage and we will make it right.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or delivered.

Sessions & Program Bookings
All 1:1 sessions, group sessions, and program enrollments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session.
We hold this boundary with care -- it protects both your commitment to the work and the integrity of the space we hold together.
