Welcome to EstyUbuntu and The Neurospicy Oracle, founded by Esther Milanzi. By accessing or using my websites, courses, coaching, newsletter, community, and related offerings (collectively "Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms govern your use of estyubuntu.com and all associated platforms including community.estyubuntu.com (Heartbeat), email communications via Kit, coaching coordination via Coach Accountable, and booking via Calendly.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using my sites or Services.

EstyUbuntu provides holistic coaching, certified hypnotherapy, certified grief coaching, Quantum Human Design readings, oracle readings, courses, and creative wellness content. All Services are offered for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

Nothing shared through my offerings constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any material.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek immediate help from a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

You must be at least 18 years old to access paid Services, courses, or coaching. By using my sites, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have parental or guardian consent to access free content such as newsletters or blog posts.

My Services are delivered across multiple third-party platforms, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. By using my Services, you acknowledge that you may also be subject to the terms of the following tools:

Payments for courses, sessions, readings, and products are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace. I do not directly store or process your payment information.

Payment plans are available for select programs. Missing a payment installment may result in a pause of access to program materials until the account is brought current. I will always reach out with care before any access is paused.

Subscription memberships will automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the relevant platform. For help, email connect@estyubuntu.com with the subject line "Membership Update."

Due to the digital and deeply personal nature of my work, all sales are final. Digital products, courses, workshops, memberships, and program enrollments are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

1:1 coaching sessions and readings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session. Rescheduling is available up to twice per container at no charge.

Orders for any physical items (if applicable) may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof and I will make it right.

Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances and entirely at my discretion. If you believe your situation warrants a review, please reach out with care and context to connect@estyubuntu.com.

The Birthday and Business Shower Registry at estyubuntu.com/business is a voluntary gifting initiative. All contributions made through the registry or directly via PayPal are gifts, not purchases, and are non-refundable.

Contributions do not entitle the giver to any product, service, session, or deliverable in return. They are offered freely in the spirit of celebration and community support.

Gift contributions are not tax-deductible. EstyUbuntu LLC is a for-profit business registered in Wyoming and is not a nonprofit or charitable organization.

The "claimed" status displayed on the registry is for celebratory purposes and does not represent a contractual obligation of any kind.

I am a certified hypnotherapist, certified grief coach, Quantum Human Design Level 2 Practitioner, EFT facilitator, and oracle reader. These credentials are held with care and practiced with integrity.

My work is complementary and does not replace professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal services. Hypnotherapy, grief coaching, Human Design readings, and oracle work are tools for self-exploration and personal development -- not diagnosis or treatment.

I am IFS-informed and draw on somatic and ancestral healing frameworks in my practice. I am not a licensed therapist, medical doctor, or legal professional.

By engaging with my Services, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and any decisions made as a result of our work together.

All content created and shared through EstyUbuntu -- including text, meditations, hypnosis scripts, oracle spreads, images, recordings, workbooks, course materials, slide decks, and graphics -- is the intellectual property of Esther Milanzi unless otherwise stated.

Subconscious Storyweaving is a proprietary methodology developed by Esther Milanzi. You may not reproduce, teach, or commercialize this methodology without explicit written permission.

You may download materials for personal use only, and share short excerpts with credit and a link back to the source. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or repurpose my materials for commercial use or claim any part of my intellectual property as your own.

For licensing or collaboration inquiries, please reach out for written permission before proceeding.

I participate in affiliate programs with organizations and tools I personally use and deeply trust. When you purchase through an affiliate link, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.

I will always disclose when a link is an affiliate link. I only recommend what I genuinely believe in -- my affiliate relationships do not influence the integrity of my recommendations.

Regarding Amazon: I am not a strong supporter of Amazon as a company. My first recommendation will always be to shop local, indie, or direct. However, if you are going to purchase something on Amazon regardless, I would love for you to support me in the process by using my link. By participating in the Wisdom Lounge, Soulweaver Sanctuary, courses, or live events, you agree to treat all participants with kindness and respect, refrain from hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or spam, and protect the confidentiality of other participants' personal or healing stories.

I reserve the right to remove or block individuals who violate these values or disrupt the integrity of the community, without refund.

Testimonials and client stories shared through EstyUbuntu are offered with permission to illustrate genuine experiences. Results vary by individual and are influenced by your unique circumstances, readiness, effort, and engagement with the process.

I do not guarantee specific outcomes or transformations from participation in my programs, sessions, or community.

While I aim to provide supportive, inspiring, and accurate information, I make no guarantees about results from participating in my programs or applying my content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages resulting from your use of this content or Services. You are responsible for your personal decisions, interpretations, and wellbeing.

By engaging with my offerings, you agree to release EstyUbuntu LLC and its affiliates from any claims related to your use of this work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. EstyUbuntu LLC is registered in Wyoming.
