I’m a creative writer, international educator, intuitive coach, and rest advocate — which is really just a fancy way of saying I’ve been quietly deconditioning hustle culture out of people for years, even when I wasn’t trying to.
When I took my first sabbatical, I discovered that rest wasn’t something you stumble into — it’s something you have to learn. Unlearn, really. And once I did, it changed everything about how I work, create, and show up.
This workshop is the one I wish I’d had at the beginning. The one that would have helped me stop sleeping eight hours and still waking up exhausted, wondering what was wrong with me. Nothing was wrong with me. I just didn’t know about the other six types of rest.
