Share the Magic Promo

1. Promo Overview

The "Share the Magic" Promo is a referral-based promotional program running from August 24 – September 7, 2026. Participants can refer friends to our Quantum Human Design offerings and receive gifts in return. Gift redemption is available from September 1 – December 1, 2026.

2. Eligible Offerings

The following offerings are eligible for referral under this Promo:

• QHD Freebie Report (Free) — Referrer receives: Free Quantum Wellness Report ($47 value)
• Quantum Wellness Report ($47) — Referrer receives: Free QHD Promo Reading ($75 value)
• QHD Promo Reading ($75) — Referrer receives: Free QHD Life Purpose Package ($397 value)

3. How to Participate

To participate in this Promo:

1. Download or purchase one of the eligible offerings
2. Share the offering with friends, family, or your network
3. When someone you refer engages with the offering, fill out the referral claim form
4. We will verify the referral and provide your gift

4. Verification & Gift Delivery

All referrals are subject to verification by EstyUbuntu. We reserve the right to verify that:

• The referred person has genuinely engaged with or purchased the offering
• The referral claim is submitted accurately and in good faith
• Referrals are not fraudulent, duplicate, or artificially inflated

Once verified, gifts will be provided within 5 business days. Gifts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this Promo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information when filling out the referral form
• Comply with all terms outlined in this agreement
• Not engage in fraud, manipulation, or misrepresentation
• Have a valid email address for gift delivery communication

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or multiple accounts to inflate referral claims
• Submitting false information on the referral form
• Using bots, automation, or any artificial means to generate referrals
• Referring yourself through another account or email address
• Purchasing offerings solely to claim referral bonuses without genuine intent
• Attempting to manipulate or circumvent the Promo terms

Violation of these terms will result in disqualification from the Promo and forfeiture of any claimed or pending gifts.

7. Gift Redemption Period

Gifts must be redeemed between September 1 – December 1, 2026. Any gifts not redeemed by December 1, 2026 will be forfeited with no compensation.

8. Purchase Requirements

No purchase is required to download the free QHD Freebie Report or to participate in the Promo. However, a purchase is required from your referred friend in order for you to receive referral gifts in the following cases:

• If you refer someone to the Quantum Wellness Report ($47), a purchase by your referred friend is required for you to receive the QHD Promo Reading ($75 value)
• If you refer someone to the QHD Promo Reading ($75), a purchase by your referred friend is required for you to receive the QHD Life Purpose Package ($397 value)

Referrals of the free QHD Freebie Report do not require a purchase from the referred friend in order for you to receive the Quantum Wellness Report. Participation in the Promo constitutes acknowledgment of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

EstyUbuntu is not responsible for:

• Technical issues, service interruptions, or website downtime
• Lost, delayed, or undelivered referral claims
• Disputes between referrers and referred persons
• Errors in processing referral information

In such cases, EstyUbuntu will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, but will not be liable for damages beyond the value of the gift.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

By participating in this Promo, you consent to the collection and use of your name, email address, and referral information for the purposes of:

• Processing and verifying your referral claim
• Delivering your gift and communicating about the Promo
• Improving our services and understanding referral patterns

We will not sell or share your information with third parties outside of what is necessary to deliver this Promo. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and offerings provided as part of this Promo are the intellectual property of EstyUbuntu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without explicit permission.

12. Modifications to Terms

EstyUbuntu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the Promo constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

13. Termination of Promo

EstyUbuntu reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promo at any time, with or without notice. In the event of early termination, all valid referrals submitted before the termination date will be honored.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from this Promo will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.

15. Newsletter Subscription

When you download the QHD Freebie Report or purchase any of the eligible offerings, you will be automatically subscribed to the EstyUbuntu Kit Newsletter. By downloading or purchasing, you consent to receiving emails about our offerings, exclusive content, updates about promotions, and other communications from EstyUbuntu.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email you receive from us. Your email address will be used to send you these communications and to track engagement with the Promo.

17. Acknowledgment
