The Story
A Path of Patterns and Possibilities
I was born in Durham, North Carolina, rooted in South Africa, and shaped by close to a decade of living across Thailand, Vietnam, and Bali, Indonesia. My life has been a long, deliberate unlearning.
For years I was the one who held everything together. The firstborn. The homecoming queen. The head of a secondary school. The high achiever who made it all look easy. What nobody saw was how much energy it cost to keep performing versions of myself that were never really mine.
The turning point wasn't a single moment. It was a slow accumulation of quiet decisions: to rest when rest felt dangerous, to grieve what I'd been told to move past, to follow curiosity instead of expectation.
I am neurospicy. I see patterns others miss. I feel everything. And I move through the world in ways that used to confuse me and now feel like gifts. That unlearning became my work. And my work became this.

Rest is not a reward
It is the foundation. Nothing sustainable gets built on depletion, and I will never ask you to hustle your way to wholeness.
You cannot think your way into alignment
Insight alone doesn't shift things. The real work happens in the body, in story, in the spaces between words -- and that is exactly where we go together.
