I am a certified hypnotherapist, certified grief coach, and intuitive coach. I have been doing the deconditioning work myself for years, and I bring all of that into the room with every person I work with.
When I took my first sabbatical, I discovered that rest was something I had to actively learn. Unlearn, really. And once I did, it changed everything about how I work, create, and show up.
This workshop is the one I wish I'd had at the beginning. I was sleeping eight hours and still waking up exhausted, with no idea why. Turns out I just didn't know about the other six types of rest.
