My reading with Esther was a form of therapy I didn't know that I needed in giving affirmation to the way that I experience and react to the world. My head was spinning trying to digest everything (but in a good, geek, nerdy way!) I promptly woke the next morning after my reading, researching and rewatching our session as well as listened. As someone who works in the field of health science I especially find this aspect of the view of consciousness and unconsciousness very fascinating!

There were three equally valuable elements. First, the analysis of the element and explanation of what that means in terms of chakras and how this information about my individual design profile manifests into my everyday experiences, decisions, interactions with the world around me. The reading was eye opening and explained things I'd been wondering about for years in terms that I could finally understand. Esty's use of metaphor and her way of helping make everything clear through examples was excellent because it helped me understand the theory in terms that were concrete and reflected in my life. It was that reflection that helped lock everything in and the work just continued to happen way after the session as I started to see the patterns and realize how I could respond in ways that are healthier for me - giving me a sense of control and autonomy that felt refreshing and liberating.

I think because I have my ESP defined the waiting for inner coherence so that others are not reactive to my 'bad juju' has been the hardest part of navigating my experience.
